Report content
The courses published on Explore are written and published by users. If one of them is illegal, infringes copyright or has no business being there, tell us: we look into it and we answer.
From the app
Open the course in Explore and tap "Report". It's the fastest way: the course in question is identified automatically. A similar button sits under each exercise in a lesson to report a content error.
Without an account
Write to mathdunandpro@gmail.com with the subject "report". So we can act, include:
- the link or the exact title of the course;
- what looks illegal to you, in one or two sentences, and why;
- if you hold the rights: your capacity and a statement made in good faith that you are entitled to request the removal;
- an address where we can reply.
What we do with it
- Acknowledgment of your report by email, without delay.
- Review, then a reasoned decision sent to the person who filed the report and to the person who published the content.
- If the report is founded: the course is unpublished and, depending on how serious it is, the account that published it is suspended.
- You can challenge a decision by replying to the same email, and go to court at any time.
