Terms of Use

By creating a Savora account, you agree to the following. It's short, because the essentials fit in one sentence: you import your courses, we turn them into a game, and each side respects the other.

1. The service

Savora is published by Mathieu Dunand EI, marque Vascent. The app turns courses you import into learning paths: lessons, exercises, spaced reviews, streaks per subject, challenges. Part of this content is generated by artificial intelligence models from your course.

AI can make mistakes. Generated content is a study tool, not an authoritative source. Your course remains the reference; when in doubt, your course is right. Savora does not replace a teacher or a textbook.

2. Your account

One account per person, with a valid email address. You are responsible for what happens with your login credentials. You must be at least 15 years old, or have a parent's consent.

3. What you import

You keep all rights to the courses you import. You only grant us what is needed to provide the service to you: storing, analyzing and transforming your content, and sending it to the AI models that generate your path.

You guarantee that you have the right to import what you import. Your own notes: yes. A course handed out by your teacher for your personal use: yes. An entire copyrighted textbook: no. By publishing a course on the marketplace, you expressly certify that you hold the necessary rights. That is the box you check, and it binds you.

4. Free, Pro, gems

Free: a limited number of subjects and generations per period. The limits are shown in the app.

Pro: a monthly or yearly subscription that raises these limits and unlocks additional features. The price is shown before any payment. It renews automatically; you can cancel it at any time from Settings (management portal), effective at the end of the current period. A free trial, when offered, can only be used once per account.

Gems and coins: virtual units that exist only inside the app. You earn them by playing, and you can buy gems. They have no monetary value, are neither convertible nor refundable, and disappear with the account.

Right of withdrawal: for digital content supplied immediately (Pro subscription activated, gems credited), you agree that performance begins right away and you waive the 14-day withdrawal period, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation).

5. The marketplace

You can publish a course you have completed and set a price in gems, from 0 to 50. Another user who enrolls receives their own copy of the path, generated from the text, never your original file. The gems paid are credited to you. You can unpublish at any time; enrollments already made remain valid. A course that is reported and found to breach these terms is removed, and the gems involved may be canceled.

6. What is not allowed

In case of a breach, we may suspend or close the account, without refunding gems or the current Pro period if the breach is serious.

7. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep Savora running, but we do not guarantee permanent availability: maintenance, incidents at a provider, or AI features being temporarily suspended can happen. Savora is provided “as is”. Our liability, where it applies, is limited to the amounts you paid us over the last twelve months. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.

8. Your data

Everything is in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Changes and termination

These terms may change; you will be notified in the app before a significant change applies. You can close your account at any time from Settings, and everything is then erased.

10. Governing law

French law applies. In case of a dispute, we first try to reach an agreement. Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction.
