Delete your account

Deletion is permanent and free. It erases your account and the data that goes with it, without going through us.

From the app

1. Open Savora and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. In the "Data & privacy" section, tap "Delete my account", then confirm.

On the web, you delete your account from the same place: your settings.

Without the app

If you uninstalled the app or lost access to your account, write to mathdunandpro@gmail.com from your account's email address, with "account deletion" as the subject. We handle the request within 30 days, usually much faster, and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your account and your sign-in credentials.
• Your profile: username, avatar, goals, settings.
• Your imported courses, including stored PDF files, and your units, lessons and exercises.
• Your progress: XP, streaks, hearts, gems, coins, badges, quests, reviews, results and league rankings.
• Your friends, referrals and posts on Explore.

What is kept, and why

• Invoices and proof of payment: ten years, an accounting obligation (art. L123-22 of the French Commercial Code). They are kept by our payment provider Stripe, not in the app.
• Technical security logs, for a few weeks, with no link to your profile.

Export before you go

You can download your data as JSON from Settings, under "Export my data", before deleting your account. After that, it can't be recovered.
